I always liked to do things the other way round ! After a sportive past interrupted by a severe injury during my student’s years, I started working as an engineer in the food industry, nearly fully stopping with sports during the first years of my professional life.

I came back to sports partly by chance partly by choice, after a professional relocation when I realized life was starting to affect my healthy lifestyle. 

HOW DOES OUR FOLLOW UP WORK IN 4 STEPS ?

At the start of your adventure with us, you first select the duration of your coaching in our web shop. You then receive a detailed questionnaire to help us know you better, target and adapt your follow-up.

Once we receive the filled questionnaire, we send you your first detailed training program (with sets, reps, rest time, videos about training techniques, exercises) and your first full nutrition plan.

Those are tailor-made according to your lifestyle and objectives. All these tools are published on your own personal webspace, only accessible to you and your coach.

Every week, on a fixed day, you will have to report your progress on this webspace, so we can constantly adapt your training and diet to support your evolution and avoid stagnation.

Based on the information supplied through your weekly reporting, your coach will be able to adapt your diet, your training progressively and follow your evolution.

You are in contact with your coach 7/7 (answering all your questions) through messenger for optimal results. You can also send videos of your exercising to correct your technique.

We offer you 3 ebooks : a nutrition guide, a training guide, and a guide of food supplements to support you and supply you all needed information.

Once you enter the personal coaching program, you are immediately accompanied. Your coach will ask you to fill a questionnaire to design your programs.

All along your subscription, your coach is available every day to answer your questions and check your training technique – just send photos or videos of your workout via Messenger.

AW COACHING opened a private Facebook group for their members, and proposes regular live videos to help you reach your objectives through a better understanding of the change you are realising.

Numerous topics are tackled during the lives, and there are possibilities to ask all your questions during some open videos.

Youtube videos, diet recipes, training & nutrition guides, a guide of food supps, and a nutritional calculator are available in the members space to boost your evolution and reach your objectives.
